What if there is an error on my report?

BLI will promptly investigate, at no charge, any information that you feel is incomplete or inaccurate.

You may file a dispute by:

• Calling 901-266-7100 or 1-800-246-1174
• Email Compliance@BlueLineInvestigations.net

Please be prepared to supply BLI with the following information:

• Name: First, Middle and Last
• Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)
• Date of Birth (DOB)
• Mailing Address
